As an Account Manager, you will optimize Atlantic Irrigation’s sales by achieving sales goals within the Pittsburgh, PA market. You will also identify new business opportunities and execute aggressive sales strategies. Atlantic Irrigation Specialties Account Manager’s display strong customer service skills by developing and maintaining relationships with their account portfolio. This opportunity involves soliciting, submitting orders; and ensuring timely coordination of order delivery.
Preferred Qualifications include: Wholesale distribution field sales experience Green industry experience (Irrigation, Landscape, Water Gardening, Turf Management) In depth knowledge & insights into the Western PA Irrigation/Landscape market Proven experience preparing, planning and delivering sales plans and strategies. Strong working knowledge of the green industry and trends in the marketplace Proven experience using financial data to make decisions and maximize account profitability Strong understanding of sales programs, policies and procedures Understanding of Wholesale distribution business operations Proven negotiation skills with ability to persuade and influence outcomes Strong communication skills
